Jeremy Stice
Aloha,
I am a third generation Maui REALTOR®. I was born here, raised here, licensed in 2006, and a Broker since 2011. In that time I have worked with first time buyers and with families buying at the highest end of the market.
328 transaction sides · $307,482,631 in Maui real estate 175 condominiums · 135 homes · 18 land parcels · 20 years, one island
My wife and business partner Megan and I built our own home at Kaanapali Coffee Farms in 2018, so I have been through the permitting, the construction and the surprises myself rather than just advised on them. Our two children, Kiera and Keanu, were born here and are growing up here the same way I did.
Megan and I also own and operate Maui vacation rentals, and I am an owner and partner in Maui Paradise Properties. When I hand you a proforma, I am running the same numbers I run on my own units. That is the part most people cannot get anywhere else.
I serve as President of the Board of HIMAST, the Hawaiʻi Mid and Short-term Rental Alliance, and I sit on the Government Affairs Committee of the REALTORS® Association of Maui. I am past President of the Board of the Maui Vacation Rental Association.
Zoning, the Minatoya List, insurance, reserve studies and what the County Council is actually doing this month are things I work on every week, not things I look up when a client asks. I am in those rooms whether or not I have a client in the building.
I choose who I work with. Twenty years on one island means my reputation and my clients' results are the same thing, so I work with people who deal straight and I hold up my end. If a building has a reserve problem or an insurance problem, you will hear it from me before you waive your contingency. If the numbers on a property do not work, I will tell you and lose the commission.
That is why most of my business comes from past clients and from other agents who send me their people. Nobody refers their sister to an agent who told her what she wanted to hear.
Our ʻohana gives time and money to the Maui Food Bank, Maui Preparatory Academy, the Hawaiʻi Community Foundation, the Hawaiʻi Life Charitable Fund and Hawaiʻi Island Land Trust. I am a Seabury Hall graduate. This island raised me and is now raising my kids, and I have every reason to want it still working in twenty years.
The first conversation is me asking questions. What you are trying to do, by when, and what it costs you to do nothing. Then I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
Here is what getting started looks like:
Send me an address and I will run the real numbers on it. AOAO dues, the insurance trend, assessments on the horizon, what it actually rents for.
Already own on Maui? I will put together a Home Equity Analysis so you know where you actually stand.
Buying? A buyer consultation. No obligation and no pitch.
