Aloha 🤙🏼 I am a third-generation Maui REALTOR®. Born here, raised here, licensed in 2006, a Broker since 2011. I have lived and sold in every major geographic region on Maui. 328 transaction sides · $307,482,631 in Maui real estate 135 homes · 175 condominiums · 18 land parcels Since 2006, one island Homes, condominiums, land, oceanfront and ag. Condominiums are where I go deepest, but I have never been a one-product agent. Twenty years here also means I know who to call. Contractors, lenders, property managers, attorneys, inspectors, and agents I trust on every island. Much of this job is connecting people, and I do not refer anyone I would not use myself. Megan, my wife and business partner, and I built our own home at Kaanapali Coffee Farms in 2018, so I have been through the permitting and the construction myself, not just advised on it. Our kids, Kiera and Keanu, were born here.
We also own and operate Maui vacation rentals, and I am a partner in Maui Paradise Properties. When I hand you a proforma, I am running the same numbers I run on my own units. I am Board President of HIMAST, the Hawaiʻi Mid and Short-term Rental Alliance, and sit on the Government Affairs Committee of the REALTORS® Association of Maui. Entitlements, zoning, insurance and the Minatoya List are things I work on every week, not things I look up when a client asks. My reputation and my clients' results are the same thing. If a property has a problem — reserves, insurance, water or access — you will hear it before you waive your contingency. If the numbers do not work, I will tell you and lose the commission. Most of my business comes from past clients and referring agents. Nobody refers their sister to an agent who told her what she wanted to hear.
